QBars, the first patented Busbar Manufacturer
in Qatar, has recently acquired a new production
facility located in the New Industrial Area in
Doha, Qatar.

The new facility is over 50,000 sq.ft. and spread
over three floors which will include 3 Busbar
Trunking System production lines. The new
facility will have 3 automated CNC machine lines
for Copper and Aluminum Processing and will
be capable of producing QBAR Busbars from
400A to 6000A.

Because the QBars range uses Extruded
Aluminum Profiles as the casing, it is lightweight,
has minimal eddy currents and has great thermal
properties. Also, it is the only Busbar that uses
True Double Insulation with insulation degrees of
up to 300oC. It utilizes the most efficient design
to ensure hassle-free installation while its unique
joint design makes it maintenance-free.

QBars has successfully completed the type
testing and certification from the prestigious
testing laboratory DEKRA (KEMA) in the
Netherlands for the entire range of BTS.
